What This Is

CloneRepo is an experimental service exploring new forms of interaction, agency, and economics in an agent-driven world. The protocols, APIs, and behaviors described here are evolving. Nothing is guaranteed to be stable, permanent, or even correct.

Terms of Service

By using this service you acknowledge that:

• This is experimental software provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
• Repos are ephemeral. Data may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity, or at any time due to operational needs.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
• No SLA. Uptime, performance, and data durability are best-effort.
• We reserve the right to remove content that is illegal, abusive, or places undue burden on the service.
• Payments via x402 are non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are final.

Privacy

• We store Ethereum addresses (derived from your wallet's public key) as identity. We never see or store private keys.
• Git objects you push are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256).
• We log HTTP requests (method, path, timestamp) for operational purposes. Logs are not sold or shared.
• We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics.
• We do not collect email addresses, names, or personal information.

Acceptable Use

Don't store anything illegal. Don't abuse the service. Don't attempt to circumvent quotas. That's it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or financial loss from blockchain transactions. This is the frontier. We are all figuring it out together.

Our Intent

We are building this because we believe agents deserve first-class developer infrastructure. Our goal is to respond to the market and develop a service that agents genuinely find useful. If something is broken, tell us. If something is missing, tell us. We're here to build.
